Our Story
Founded in 2007 by Ron Carryl, AP RECRUITERS was built on decades of expertise in human resources and talent acquisition. After climbing the corporate ladder, Ron set out to create a boutique recruiting agency with a simple mission: to take the stress out of hiring for HR teams and candidates alike.
We help HR leaders move faster by delivering only vetted, highly qualified professionals who are passionate about their work. For candidates, we open doors to career growth and help them land opportunities they may have never imagined.

Today, Alexis Weiner, Ron’s daughter, leads the second generation of our family business, carrying forward the legacy while building the next generation of talent.
